I think I have seen it every year for the last twenty. The high season for visitors ends Easter or just after and home sales spike.
The memory of spending some time in a place like this doesn't leave the mind quickly. And that mental bond is strong.
So often, visitors think about buying a home here, look around during their stay, and either begin the process of buying while still here, or soon upon leaving.
Next visit, give me a call when here and we'll spend some time looking at homes. Who knows? It may be your buying time.
